- Select your preferred trip date
- Select trip and seat/s
- Input your details
- Complete payment
You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.
How to rebook trip?
Rebooking Guidelines
Online
• Rebook up to 24 hours before departure via “Manage Booking” or https://easybus.ph/rebook.
• Max of 2 rebookings per ticket
• No name changes allowed
• Travel date must be within 2 months from original booking
• Rebooking fee + fare difference (if any) applies
Over-the-Counter (any DLTB Ticketing Offices)
• Up to 24 hours before departure subject to applicable fees:

• Rebooking: ₱100
• Refund: 20% surcharge
• Service fee is non-refundable
How can I cancel my trip or request a refund?
Cancellation and request for refund may only be processed in any DLTB ticketing office up to twenty-four (24) hours before the trip and subject to a 20% surcharge. Service fee is non-refundable.
