How to book online?
You may book online at https://dltb.ph
1. Select your preferred trip date
2. Select trip and seat/s
3. Input your details
4. Complete payment
You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.
How can I cancel my trip or request a refund?
Cancellation and request for refund may only be processed in any DLTB ticketing office up to twenty-four (24) hours before the trip and subject to a 20% surcharge. Service fee is non-refundable.
How to rebook trip?
Rebooking Guidelines
Online
- Rebook up to 24 hours before departure via “Manage Booking” or https://easybus.ph/rebook
- Max of 2 rebookings per ticket
- No name changes allowed
- Travel date must be within 2 months from original booking
- Rebooking fee + fare difference (if any) applies
Over-the-Counter (any DLTB Ticketing Offices)
- Up to 24 hours before departure subject to applicable fees:
- Rebooking: ₱100
- Refund: 20% surcharge
- Service fee is non-refundable
How much is the baggage fee?
- Hand-carry baggage is free
- Each passenger is allowed a free 15 kg check-in baggage. System-generated fees will be charged for excess baggage at the terminal.
- In case of lost or damaged baggage, submit a complaint letter to the DLTB HR office.
